Privacy Policy

Mind Evolution Publisher (“the Tool”) is operated by Legacy Imports and Distributions LLC (“we”, “us”) at publisher.mindjourneylab.com. It lets the owner of a TikTok account publish videos the owner selects to that same account. This policy explains what data the Tool handles.

What we access

When you log in with TikTok and approve the requested permissions, we receive:

• user.info.basic — your TikTok display name and avatar, shown on screen so you know which account you are posting to.
• video.publish — the ability to post the video you choose, with the caption and settings you choose, to your account.
• video.upload — the ability to send the video you choose to your TikTok inbox as a draft, so you can finish and publish it yourself from the TikTok app.

What we do with it

We use this information only to show you your account and to publish the video you submit. The video file is sent to TikTok and is not kept by the Tool after the upload finishes.

What we store

We do not keep a database of users, and we do not keep your TikTok access token on our servers. Your session lives in an encrypted, HTTP-only cookie in your browser and expires after two hours or when you click “Log out”.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone. Data goes only to TikTok, in order to publish the post you requested.

Your choices

You can log out at any time. You can also revoke the Tool’s access in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services (or “Manage app permissions”). After you revoke access, the Tool can no longer act on your account.

Children

The Tool is not intended for people under 18.
