These terms govern your use of Mind Evolution Publisher (“the Tool”), operated by Legacy Imports and Distributions LLC (“we”, “us”) at publisher.mindjourneylab.com. By using the Tool you agree to them.
What the Tool does
The Tool lets you log in with your TikTok account and publish a video that you select, with a caption and settings that you choose, to your own TikTok account. It does not post anything unless you confirm.
Your responsibilities
- Only publish content that you own or have the right to use.
- Follow TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and, where relevant, its Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy.
- Disclose promotional or paid content correctly using the options provided.
- Keep your TikTok login secure. Actions taken in your session are your responsibility.
Availability
The Tool is provided “as is”. It depends on TikTok’s services and may stop working, change, or be withdrawn at any time. We are not liable for content that fails to publish or for changes made by TikTok.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by logging out and revoking the Tool’s access in your TikTok settings. We may suspend access to the Tool if it is misused.
